Very disapointed lately - Just Fix it!

I have been a HG customer for years, and when I signed on the server I was (am) on - Yaris - was almost never down...they truly lived up to their up-time guarantee. The few times I did have any issues or needed some help, the support was super, even on weekends! Now...Yaris is down at least once a day for server load issues, and I always get the same old song and dance "the server is under heavy load and the admin is there working on it". I have been offered a server switch...but reading here how do I know I am not jumping from the frying pan into the fire...truthfully if I am going to go through all the trouble to switch servers, change nameservers on all my domains (I am a re-seller), why not really switch? I am tired of fighting with HG, I would just like to see the server up and running.
