happy for 5 years, sufferring for a week and counting

Please hostgator, the same problem persisted for almost a week now.
Your MYSQL always gone away every day!
I am on lumina
it always happened between 2 - 8am every day.

I submitted ticket EVERY SINGLE DAY
I chat with live support EVERY SINGLE DAY
I even posted up a post on reseller support category on this forum

what I got? no real solution. the problem still exist EVERY SINGLE DAY.
