I have a few domains hosted on gator1026 and have since mid last year. Until now, I have been extremely pleased with both the service and the staff. These past few days have been terrible for me, though. I have reported, multiple times, that HTTPD is down on my server. By the time anyone reads my ticket, the server is fine again and my network connection is blamed. Again, I explain that cPanel is showing HTTPD as being down when I write my tickets, and again I am given a bogus answer, this time claiming that it can't be the server because it's been "up for 32 days". That's great, but if the necessary daemons aren't running, what good is the service to me? Now it's down again and I've responded to my ticket again, this time with a screenshot showing the cPanel server status page. Will I be believed this time? Doubtful.
I'm not only disappointed in the support responses I've received, basically dismissing my concerns, but with the multiple downtimes over the past few days. I hope thse issues are resolved soon, because I don't want to move again.....
