Please check my ticket MFH-18458357

I have reported 2 times that 2 men are breaking hostgator affiliate rules. But they are still member of hostgator affiliates. They have been doing this nearly 40 days... (or more) I have mailed again again and again but still they are going on... Why couldn't anybody stop them?
Please stop them or give us to promote like them.
