My experience with your new ticket system has been less than stellar.
I can't login to Create a New Ticket at all in Chrome, it just tells me my username is not associated with any HostGator account, even though I can login to billing with the same info.
In Firefox, I can login and write a ticket, but can't submit it. Clicking the Submit button gives me a popup box with 'do you want to remember this password.'
This is twice now I've had to have a tech create a ticket manually. Will these browser issues be addressed? Along with, hopefully, the reintroduction of a search tool for the ticket screen?
