Does Attracta Create a Sitemap?

I have been working under the assumption that Attracta creates a sitemap every time you do into that tool and tell it to do so, and then it pings a bunch of search engines.

I happened to look in Google Webmaster Tools - Sitemap section - today and discovered that they have NO SITEMAP listed. There hasn't been one listed since I left my old web host and moved to HG.

This sounds like something I need to be concerned about. Is there something I should have done? Do I need to get an outside service to do this?
