10 years as a customer. I currently have 2 VPS's, 1 reseller account, and a few individual accounts - and it's about time to say goodbye to the Gator.
Constant server issues on the VPS's are costing me $1000's in losses. You guys used to be the best, bar none. But not anymore.
You wait for 20 minutes just to get an agent now, then it takes them 45+ minutes to do almost nothing because they probably have 5 chats going. Then they "escalate" to an unknown person and you just hope and pray that someone is actually working to fix your downed VPS. Just wait for an email, someone, at some point, might email you letting you know it's fixed. Just pray to the Gods and do a dance or something I guess. Maybe an email will show up in an hour, maybe tomorrow. Who knows.
MySQL crashing constantly, server going down constantly, and the support just doesn't cut it anymore. They may have great techs, but they are just too busy and too inaccessible. I'm tired of losing money "waiting".
It's time to start the search for a new provider.
