Which is the best way to contact you?

I tried the chat tonight.. twice.. waited from number 96 and number 84 to count down to Zero.. then got disconnected.
So I figured I'd call... Waited twice there from number 29 and 27. At the end of that, I got sent immediately into hold.
So.. what you think? What would YOU do?
