New Account-Outlook Error

I just moved from godaddy last night. I have set up my email account using Microsoft Outlook 2007. When I check my email Outlook gives me this warning

the server you are connected to is using a security certificate that cannot be verified

If I click continue my email sends and receives fine. I am wondering what causes this error and how to fix it.

I am on the baby hosting plan.
