Frequent Apache Restarts : No space left on device: mod_fcgid

Hi,

Since last 5 hours, on my VPS, we are frequently getting errors which goes like this :

[emerg] (28)No space left on device: mod_fcgid: Can't create shared memory for size 1200712 bytes

Then, after few minutes, the apache restarts and error goes off. Then the problem occurs once again.

During problem times there are 500 internal server errors on all VPS websites.

I have raised a ticket which is being looked into. However, I would like to get views of members who could had faced this issue earlier....

Has anyone experienced this ? What could be causing this ? Is there a quick fix ?
