One thing is clear with my two months of hosting with Hostgator India is that "It really Sucks!!" This is my third continued thread on the same topic "Server Down Problem" and Hostgator couldn't able to fix the issue even after two months.

So many promises were made by hostgator (india as well as corporate) but all were just to fool me.
Every third day, my website encounter server down issue or very slow loading. When I complain to support staff, each time I get the same response - we are fixing our server issues or we have restarted our server.
Can you tell me how many times you shut down your servers or do server maintenace in a day??????
I have stopped counting the number of tickets I have raised, the number of phone calls I have made and number of times I have reported issues through live chat.. All the details are there in my previous two threads.
Today My website went offline for 1.5 hrs and here is the chat support response
This has gone out of my patience. I can't bear your company any more. I want my account to be closed and my money to be refunded before I pull you in consumer court. I am really frustrated and have lost a lot of my credibility in the market.
And one suggestion for you.. Change your tagline from "We eat up the competition" to "We eat up our Customers".
