Good service should be expected and truly good service should be praised!

I was having chronic problems for months with our site, and as an Internet business owner I was desperate and frantic to have my money and time-draining problems resolved. I was on the phone for hours, day after day, with technical support people, live Chat and web developer. Still the problems persisted; until I contacted GatorJoshL. He calmly worked with me until he understood the nature of my problems and then relentlessly tackled them until they were resolved…when otherwise all of this seemed hopeless to me.Thanks so much, Josh



It would be remiss of me to not mention support I received from DanD. Both of them have been spectacular and it is comforting to know that true customer care is indeed alive and thriving at Hostgator!
