New User - Do I need to call support?

Okay, so yesterday (Jan. 9th, sometime after 12pm) I paid for my hosting pack. I started out with the transfer option on sign up. I followed the directions on the Free Transfer page for my domain name and then sent the request.

After that, I received an e-mail saying I needed to click the link to verify my e-mail so they could make sure my ticket wasn't spam. I clicked the link and was taken to a plain white page with plain text that said, "Account already activated." Nothing more.

My ticket status says On Hold. In the meantime, I went ahead and paid $15 dollars to transfer another domain name I have. That's done and done, went smoothly. However, for my primary domain it still says "On Hold" and I haven't heard anything from HostGator yet.

Is this normal? Do I keep waiting or do I need to contact support? I really just want to know what the status is on my primary domain.
