I have a Level 3 VPS account with HG (and i love it!) however i am trying to create a reseller account for a client, I went through the steps
I checked the checkboxes under Reseller Account
Make the account a Reseller
Owns their account (they can modify their own account)
However when i go into the newly created whm, there is a lot of features missing such as Create an account, list accounts etc etc.. Am i doing something wrong? i am 99.9% sure we should have this capability. Figured I'd ask here before hitting up live chat ;)
