SPF not passing

Hi all,

I have a problem with the mails being sent by my domain. Gmail is putting all my Shopping Cart's emails into the SPAM box. Webmail doesn't get flagged as spam, but the Shopping Cart's mail is.

So I setup Email Authentication for DomainKeys and SPF record. The problem is the SPF is still not passing despite setting it up.

I talked to Tech Support and the "admin" just basically reset it to the default, which didn't work anyway.

Here is the header:
Code:

Received: from gator1662.hostgator.com (gator1662.hostgator.com. [184.173.246.243])
        by mx.google.com with ESMTPS id n8si3324315ybh.71.2011.10.30.18.09.31
        (version=TLSv1/SSLv3 cipher=OTHER);
        Sun, 30 Oct 2011 18:09:31 -0700 (PDT)
Received-SPF: neutral (google.com: 184.173.246.243 is neither permitted nor denied by best guess record for domain of sales@finewinecabinet.com) client-ip=184.173.246.243;
Authentication-Results: mx.google.com; spf=neutral (google.com: 184.173.246.243 is neither permitted nor denied by best guess record for domain of sales@finewinecabinet.com) smtp.mail=sales@finewinecabinet.com

Here is my SPF infos:
Code:

Current Status:        Status: Enabled & Active (DNS Check Passed)
Your current raw SPF record is : v=spf1 a mx ip4:184.173.246.243 ip4:184.173.246.243/32 ?all

Does anyone have this problem? How do I get the SPF to PASS? How can I deal with the spam email problem? These emails are not spam, they are simple stuff like Welcome message when you register or Order confirmation messages.
