Anyone else having an issue? I host 46 domains under my account, one being the office I work in. Typically I'll start getting email errors..."too much load" etc....and then get texts / calls from my other customers saying their sites / emails are down.
This used to happen maybe once a month, but lately it's been happening more and more....and for longer periods of time. I chat with support, but just get the generic "our server admins are working on it" etc... and eventually everything starts working again.
Today it happened twice, so I actually called HG support. After being told it was an issue with the specific server I am on, I asked if there was any way my account could be moved to a different machine. I was told no.
Does anyone have any pointers for me? Do I just grin and bear it? I've never used anyone else, so I don't know if this is just a normal part of reseller hosting....or if I should do something more aggressive to fix the issue?
